LifeWays, a Community Mental Health Authority responsible for managing the behavioral healthcare needs of eligible Jackson and Hillsdale County residents, is seeking proposals from organizations qualified to provide facility cleaning, room set-up and building maintenance services for the LifeWays facilities located at 1200 N. West Avenue in Jackson (100,796 square feet of combined Retail and Office space), and 25 Care Drive in Hillsdale (18,611 square feet of office space).
LifeWays is the owner of 1200 N. West Avenue and the lessee of 25 Care Dr. and subleases several portions of these buildings to sub-contractors and other organizations. LifeWays is responsible for cleaning and light maintenance as well as organizing the use of common areas.The Jackson and Hillsdale sites should be treated as two different bid sites. All Bidders should submit a separate bid for each site if bidding on both properties. Contractors may offer discounts as an additional incentive to win both sites.
